Ordering and payment
Can I order on account?
Yes. Business customers with a registered chamber of commerce number order on account with 30-day payment terms. On a first order we ask once for your company details and VAT number.
Do tier prices apply?
Every article shows its tier. The discount is applied automatically as soon as you raise the quantity in the cart. For larger project volumes, request a quote.
Are prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
By default we show prices excluding VAT. The switch in the header converts everything to include 21% VAT. With a valid foreign VAT number we invoice with reverse charge.
Can I enter a whole order list at once?
Yes, via quick order. Paste one article number per line with the quantity behind it, or upload a CSV. Article numbers with and without dots or dashes are both recognised.
Delivery and returns
When is my order shipped?
Stock articles ordered before 15:00 on a working day ship the same day. Articles on request have a production lead time, stated with the quote.
What does shipping cost?
Within the Netherlands and Belgium we ship free from € 250 net order value. Below that we charge a fixed contribution. For Germany and pallets we calculate actual freight at checkout.
Can I return an article?
Unused stock articles in original packaging can be returned within 30 days after registration. Made-to-measure travels, cut lengths and special orders are excluded.
Do you deliver outside the Benelux?
Yes, we ship to Germany daily and to the rest of Europe on request. State your VAT number and we invoice with reverse charge.
Technical advice
How do I choose the right cable carrier size?
Start with the fill: add up the outer diameters of all cables and hoses and keep at least 10% clearance. That gives inner height and inner width. The bend radius follows from the largest permitted bend radius of the thickest cable, usually 7.5 to 10 times the cable diameter.
When do I choose steel instead of plastic?
For travels beyond roughly 6 metres, fill weights over 10 kg per metre, or environments with hot swarf, weld spatter or aggressive chemicals. Steel carries more and resists heat and radiation better.
Why do I need separators and end connectors?
Separators keep cables in place so they do not chafe against each other — the most common cause of premature failure. End connectors join the chain to machine and fixed point and absorb the pulling force.
Do I get STEP files and datasheets?
Yes. Every article lists the datasheet, the STEP file for your CAD model and the assembly manual as direct downloads. Certificates are supplied on request.
