We are a technical trading company and have supplied cable carriers, cable entry systems, glands and cable protection from our own stock since 1975. You buy directly from the supplier; we are not an intermediary or marketplace.

These terms apply to all offers, quotations, orders and deliveries by Wisman Group unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Our webshop is aimed at business customers. If you order as a consumer, your statutory rights under Dutch and European law apply, including the 14-day right of withdrawal described on our returns page.

Prices are shown excluding VAT by default; the switch in the header shows all amounts including 21% VAT. With a valid foreign VAT number we invoice with reverse charge.

Shipping costs are shown separately before the payment step. We never add hidden surcharges.

• All prices are in euros.
• Free shipping from € 250 net within the Netherlands and Belgium and from € 400 net within the rest of the EU.
• Obvious clerical or calculation errors in prices and specifications are not binding on us.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or, in the case of a quotation, when you accept it in writing.

Custom-assembled cable carriers and items ordered on request only go into production after you approve the specification.

You can pay online with iDEAL, Bancontact, Wero, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Klarna. Existing business customers can pay on account after a credit check.

Payment on account is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise. Payments are processed by a certified payment service provider; we never see or store your full card details.

Stock items ordered before 15:30 CET on working days ship the same day. Lead times, shipping costs, collection in Ruurlo and transport damage are covered in detail in our delivery policy.

Stated lead times are indicative and never a strict deadline. If anything is delayed we inform you proactively.

Unused stock items can be returned within 30 days after we issue a return authorisation (RMA). Consumers additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The full procedure is on our returns page.

Our items carry the manufacturer's warranty of at least twelve months from delivery under normal industrial use.

Do you have a complaint? Email sales@wisman-group.com with your order number. We respond within two working days and always look for a solution together first.

Dutch law applies to our agreements. Disputes we cannot resolve together are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. Consumers may also use the European ODR platform.
