Frequently asked questions about quick ordering
- Which article number notation works?
- All of them. Dots, dashes, spaces and capitals are ignored, so KA.MONO.013.025.01, ka-mono-013-025-01 and kamono01302501 all resolve to the same article.
- Can I upload a CSV from my ERP?
- Yes. Put the article number in the first column and the quantity in the second. Header rows are skipped automatically.
- Are volume prices applied?
- Yes. As soon as the quantity reaches the threshold the cart automatically uses the volume price.
- What if an article is on request?
- We show that on the line and you can request a quote in one click; the article number is filled in automatically.
