Which data we process
Contact and quotation forms: name, company name, email address, phone number, country, VAT number and the content of your message or request.
Order and account data: selected articles, quantities, delivery address and order history.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, solely for security and correct operation of the webshop.
Why we use data
Preparing quotations, processing orders and delivering articles.
Technical advice and customer service, including warranty and returns handling.
Complying with legal obligations such as statutory retention of financial records.
Retention periods
Order and invoice data is kept for seven years, as required by Dutch tax law.
Quotation and contact requests are kept for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact.
Sharing with third parties
We only share data with parties needed to fulfil your order: carriers, our suppliers in case of direct shipments, our hosting and IT providers and our accountant.
We never sell data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and transfer your data, and to object to processing.
