Stock items: ordered before 15:00 on working days, shipped the same day. Delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium usually the next working day, Germany 1–2 working days.
Made-to-order and custom assemblies: the lead time is confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation, typically 5–15 working days.
Netherlands: € 9.50 per shipment, free of charge from € 250 net order value.
Belgium and Germany: € 19.50 per shipment, free of charge from € 500 net order value.
Profiles longer than 3 metres and palletised goods are calculated separately; you see this before confirming your order.
Collection in Ruurlo is possible on working days between 08:00 and 16:30, after arranging by phone.
Same-day courier delivery is available on request; call our inside sales team before 14:00.
Check the shipment on receipt. Report transport damage or shortages within two working days with photos so we can claim with the carrier.
Unused stock items can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging, after a return authorisation from our inside sales team.
Custom-made and made-to-order items cannot be returned.
