About the QuickTrax series

All QuickTrax series articles

Fast-to-fill cable carrier with hinged crossbars over the full length, for small to medium-sized axes.

QuickTrax is the cable carrier for those who want quick installation. The crossbars on the outer radius hinge open in a single motion, allowing the cables to be laid in over the full length all at once. No loose crossbars, no tools, and therefore a fraction of the assembly time of a conventional carrier.

With inner heights of approx. 17.5 and 20 mm and widths from 15 to 65 mm, the series fits right between MONO and Uniflex Advanced. The chain links are rigid enough for unsupported lengths of well over a metre and run quietly thanks to the rounded link profile.

Key strengths

  • Crossbars openable over the full length in a single movement
  • Shortest assembly time of all series
  • Compact outer dimensions with 17.5 and 20 mm inner height
  • Excellent price-performance ratio for series machinery

Typical applications

  • Door and gate automation
  • Medical and dental equipment
  • Small packaging and labelling machines
  • Measuring and testing rigs with frequently changing cables
