Product description

The Tsubaki Kabelschlepp POWER 700C PUR 4X35² is a high-grade shielded power cable designed for dynamic applications. It features 4 conductors with a 35 mm² cross-section, durable PP/9Y insulation, and a robust black PUR outer sheath. With a copper weight of 1.6670 kg/m and a total weight of 2113 kg/km, it delivers reliable performance in demanding environments.

This flexible cable is ideal for use in cable carriers. It handles an operating voltage of 1000 V and operates within a temperature range of -35 °C to +90 °C. It complies with extensive industry standards, including cURus AWM Style 20234 and EN 60332-1-2 for flame retardancy.

How does the copper surcharge work?

Cable prices are based on a fixed copper base. Because the copper price moves daily, we charge the difference with the current DEL quotation separately as a copper surcharge. That keeps the cable price stable and shows exactly what you pay for copper.

Copper weight
1.667 kg/m
DEL quotation
1258.23 €/100 kg · 2026-08-24
Purchase costs
12.46 €/100 kg
Copper base
150 €/100 kg

Calculation

copper weight (kg/m) × ((DEL + purchase costs) − copper base) ÷ 100

The surcharge is not added to the cable price, but listed separately on the order and invoice. The quotation on the day of dispatch applies.

About the Power series

All Power series articles

Flexible power cables for cable carriers: finely stranded copper, wear-resistant jacket, millions of cycles.

Power cables from our range are designed for continuous motion in a cable carrier. Finely stranded copper conductors, smooth core wrapping, and a wear-resistant PUR or PVC outer jacket ensure the cable withstands millions of carrier bending cycles without conductor breakage.

We supply them cut to length from the reel and can install them directly into the cable carrier, complete with strain relief. This ensures the cable never falls below its minimum bend radius.

Key strengths

  • Designed for continuous motion in cable carriers
  • Finely stranded copper and smooth core wrapping to prevent conductor breakage
  • Oil and wear-resistant PUR outer jacket available
  • Supplied cut to length or pre-installed in the carrier

Typical applications

  • Motor and power cables on linear axes
  • Gantry cranes and handling systems
  • Machine tools with coolant and oil exposure
  • High-cycle packaging lines
