About the Uniflex Advanced series

All Uniflex Advanced series articles

The all-rounder from Tsubaki Kabelschlepp: the widest dimensional range, hinged on both the inner and outer radius.

The Uniflex Advanced series is the most popular plastic cable carrier in our range, and for good reason: with inner heights from 17.5 to 44 mm and inner widths up to 250 mm, a single series covers the vast majority of machine building applications. The links feature a double stop system, ensuring the carrier remains rigid even over longer unsupported lengths while keeping noise levels low.

Every size is available with hinged crossbars on the inner or outer radius, allowing cables to be added later without dismantling the carrier. Dividers, end connectors and strain relief from the same series fit seamlessly without modifications.

Key strengths

  • Largest selection of inner dimensions and bend radii within a single series
  • Hinged crossbars on inner or outer radius, per link
  • Double stop system for rigid, quiet operation
  • Complete range of accessories: dividers, end connectors, strain relief

Typical applications

  • General machine building and gantry systems
  • Packaging and handling machines
  • Linear axes with medium travel lengths
  • Retrofit applications where cables will be added later
