Product description

The Uniflex Advanced Series 1455 is a rugged plastic cable carrier for everyday machine building and automation. This version has an inner height of 26 mm and an inner width of 78 mm, outer dimensions of 36 × 94 mm and a bend radius of 95 mm.

The carrier is openable on the inside, so cables and hoses can be laid in from the inside of the bend, ideal where space around the machine is tight. The 45.5 mm pitch gives a smooth, low-noise run.

Supplied per metre, 25 links per metre as standard. Volume discounts apply automatically from 10 metres. Ask us about end connectors, separators and the right unsupported length for your set-up.

The Uniflex Advanced series is the most popular plastic cable carrier in our range, and for good reason: with inner heights from 17.5 to 44 mm and inner widths up to 250 mm, a single series covers the vast majority of machine building applications. The links feature a double stop system, ensuring the carrier remains rigid even over longer unsupported lengths while keeping noise levels low.

Every size is available with hinged crossbars on the inner or outer radius, allowing cables to be added later without dismantling the carrier. Dividers, end connectors and strain relief from the same series fit seamlessly without modifications.
