What fits in this size?
NW36 means an inner diameter of roughly 36 mm. Never fill a conduit completely: keep the cable bundle below about 28 mm (around 80 % fill) so cables can still move. Static installations allow a little more, moving applications less.

How many cables fit in NW36?
Allow a cable bundle of about 28 mm at most. Add up your cable diameters (side by side, with some room between them); if the bundle stays below that figure, pulling in works well.
Which gland belongs to this size?
