Why core separation is not optional

Without separators, cables slide over each other on every stroke. That causes jacket wear, twisted bundles and eventually conductor breakage — the failure pattern we see most often. Fixed chambers keep every cable in its own lane, keep the fill ratio predictable and let you keep power and signal physically apart for EMC.

Laying out the chambers

Give each cable a chamber slightly wider than its outer diameter and distribute weight symmetrically across the width so the carrier does not run skewed. Put fluid-carrying hoses at the bottom, signal cables at the top and as far from power cables as possible. With multiple layers, use horizontal shelves so the bottom layer does not carry the full weight of the one above.

How do I choose the right size of separators?

Start with the fill: the thickest cable sets the minimum inner height, the sum of all diameters plus 10% clearance sets the inner width. Then pick a bend radius of at least ten times the thickest cable diameter. Filter on those three values on the left and only suitable articles remain.

What is the lead time and when do you ship?

Articles marked 'in stock' ship the same working day when ordered before 15:00 CET. Articles 'on request' are made to order at the manufacturer; the lead time is stated in the quotation, typically 5 to 15 working days.
