Fixed point and moving point

Every carrier needs two sets of end connectors: one at the fixed point (OB) and one at the moving point (MB). The version determines whether cables leave the chain at the top or bottom and whether the connector can pivot. Choose the same series as your carrier and bolt holes, chain hook and inner width line up straight away — with these parts there is no adapting between series.

Strain relief belongs with it

The end connector joins the carrier to the machine; strain relief holds the cables in place. Clamp every cable within 100 mm of the end connector so pulling force never reaches the connector. Use combs with rubber inserts or C-profile clamps instead of plastic cable ties, which cut into the jacket over thousands of strokes.

How do I choose the right size of end connectors?

Start with the fill: the thickest cable sets the minimum inner height, the sum of all diameters plus 10% clearance sets the inner width. Then pick a bend radius of at least ten times the thickest cable diameter. Filter on those three values on the left and only suitable articles remain.

What is the lead time and when do you ship?

Articles marked 'in stock' ship the same working day when ordered before 15:00 CET. Articles 'on request' are made to order at the manufacturer; the lead time is stated in the quotation, typically 5 to 15 working days.
