You have an Igus cable chain in the machine and want an alternative from stock? We do not match on part number but on the four dimensions that actually matter in the design: inner width, inner height, bend radius and fill. That gets us to the right Tsubaki Kabelschlepp item.
Send the inner width and inner height of the current chain, the bend radius, the travel and the fill weight per metre. A photo of the link and the end connector helps too: it shows the pitch and the version (open, cover band or tube). Still have the part number? Useful, but the dimensions lead — they decide whether the chain fits the existing installation space.
Two chains with the same inner size can differ in outer width, outer height and pitch. That changes the free space needed above the chain and the position of the end connector. So every item also lists outer dimensions and end-connector mounting dimensions, plus a STEP file to place the new chain in your existing model before ordering.
An overhaul is the moment to review the fill: cables tend to get added over the years. Above 60% fill, or a cable pinched between the crossbars, means going one size up or adding a second compartment with separators. We work that through with you up front, even if you end up ordering nothing.
